Tips for riding a motorcycle in the rain

I often get asked on MCrider about riding in the rain. Is it safe to ride in the rain? If so what are some tips and techniques for riding in the rain. This week we will talk about it.

I recently went on a ride through the Ozark Mountains up to North East Arkansas. On that trip I saw my fair share of rain, fog and wind. In fact the night before my return trip home Blytheville Arkansas got hit with some pretty nasty weather.

Hey Kevin. Just letting you know I’ve been watching and practicing your videos for 2 years. You saved my butt last night man. Typical story. Big deer just standing in road, 45 mph, emergency braking, started skidding, balance of front and rear brakes and allow bike to do what it does to come to controlled slow. Keep it up sir. You’ll never know how many lives you saved because the wreck never happened.
