The MCrider Training Calendar is a free tool to help you chart your training progress for the 2022 calendar year.
Training Calendar Instructions & Download:
- Download and print the calendar
- Commit to practicing 1 time a week for at least 15 minutes per session
- Mark an X on the days you practice
- Write a reason why you did not practice at the end of the weeks with no practice sessions
- In one year you will have a clearer picture of why you improved as a rider
- Use the notes section to chart improvements, things to work on, trouble areas, etc
- The Field Guide is an excellant source to provide training exercises
